Abstract

It is shown that under a set of straightforward propositions there exists at the event horizon and at non-zero radii inside the event horizon of a non-rotating, un harged, spheri ally symmetri bla k hole under reasonable urvature onstraints a non-empty set of virtual ex hange parti le modes whi h an propagate to the bla k hole's exterior. This nding reveals that abla khole's event horizon is not a one-way membrane, but instead a limited two-way membrane. The paper's tehnology also permits presen- tation of what is alled virtual osmi ensorship, whi h requires that the aforesaid virtual ex hange parti le mode propagation tend to zero at the singularity limit.
